All of our surveys are available in Spanish, with your member selecting their preferred language at the beginning of the survey. In addition, our surveys can be delivered in a multitude of languages, as long as you provide us with your translated questions and responses.
Paperless is good. It's faster, cheaper, and easier to use. Our survey and reports to you are delivered electronically, and you own them. Do with them what you like.
Of course if you have a substantially older population that relies on mailed paper forms, we can accommodate that, too. (But it costs more. Just sayin'.)
